That's one gorgeous gingko tree and I want to cry with envy. I planted a gingko several years ago and it's always lost its leaves before it got cold enough in Austin for them to change color. Or maybe mine's just a dud.
Your photographs captured exactly what I dreamed of when I planted my gingko.
Yeah I LOVE ginkgo trees! They take so long to grow though and there are really not that many in Mobile.
When we lived in Lexington, Kentucky the whole street was lined with ginkgoes. It was the most amazing sight in the fall!
I think there must be a lot of different varieties though because even in Mobile I see a lot of different tree shapes and leaves. Maybe you just needed a different variety.
What a spectacular tree. I have a ginko; it's about two feet tall. Someday! I would like to see more of your Mobile garden. I have always liked Mobile - it has some of the prettiest trees in the world.
Hi, it's a very great blog.
I could tell how much efforts you've taken on it.
Keep doing!
